Steven is out of town, so we came home from church and decided to make a Cooper friendly dinner. We made bread dough - it's 80% red hard whole wheat, and 20% rye. It turned out wonderful! We made two loaves of bread and a large calzone. I've made the bread three or four times now, but this time it turned out the best. I hope I keep getting better at it!
Ethan is borrowing our friends Bumbo. He LOVES sitting and being able to see what we are doing.
He likes the Bumbo much better than the swing, and on Friday when I rolled 22 dozen snickerdoodles for a cookie exchange he happily watched.
